Personal training sessions take place on the Iron Labs floor, so you’ll need either an active membership or a day pass for each session. We recommend pairing your training package with an Elite Membership for the best value and 24/7 access to train on your own between sessions.
All personal training sessions are 60 minutes. Your trainer will make the most of every minute — warm-up, working sets, coaching, and a cool-down are all built in.
Personal training sessions are available during staffed hours: Monday–Thursday 10am–6pm and Friday 10am–5pm. Contact us to check trainer availability and get booked in.
Absolutely — beginners benefit the most from personal training. You’ll learn proper technique from the very first session, avoid common mistakes, and build a solid foundation that carries you through years of training.
Session packs don’t have an expiry date. Life happens — if you need to push a session back, your credits are there waiting for you.
